I have a WellCare policy 3553****. I was told CMS canceled my WellCare policy so I called Medicare and got it reinstated back to January 1st. Medicare gave me this number to give to the pharmacy: 5480*-***, but it does not seem to be working. When I call in I get your off shore call center and I have a difficult time understanding most of the people I speak with. Can you please reinstate my WellCare policy back to January 1st 2023 right now?

False Advertising

I was told that I would receive all of these different benefits so I signed up. Well come to find out half of them they now say I don't qualify for. And no one in management will do anything about the lies that they told to sucker you into the program.

Bad experience with originally going to further store (not local one) who is the only one in this area who participates with Wellcare OTC Health Solutions only to see products I wanted...

Horrible customer service

Called WellCare told them I was moving to another state and was told I would be covered! Two months later got a letter saying my coverage was terminated days after my phone call. Called customer service numerous times , was transferred numerous times and told I would be called back the next day, this went on for weeks and never got a call back. I was terminated 10/31/21 and finally have coverage 2/1/22. Now Ive been trying to log on to my account and cant says my security answer is wrong and no one can help me. I would recommend Wellcare to my worst enemy
